• Bonuses are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Unused bonuses expire automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active will forfeit the previous one.

• Bonuses are for personal use only. Using bonus funds in a way that appears designed to exploit the offer rather than play normally may result in the bonus being voided.

• Return-to-player (RTP) figures for all games are published in the game information panel.
• In the event of a technical error during a game round, the round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• If a game displays an incorrect payout due to a software error, 999bd game reserves the right to correct the payout to the accurate amount. We will notify affected players directly.
• Game results are final once a round is completed. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the game round in question.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 999bd game. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account on 999bd game.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using 999bd game to process funds from illegal activities.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 999bd game staff or other players.

999bd game reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of these terms, or if we are required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified by email. During a suspension, you will not be able to deposit, play, or withdraw. Investigations are typically completed within 5 business days. If the investigation finds no violation, your account will be reinstated and any pending withdrawals processed.

• You may close your 999bd game account at any time by contacting support.
• Before closing, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, provided your account is verified and no active bonus wagering requirements remain.
• Accounts closed due to self-exclusion cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

If you experience a technical issue during gameplay that you believe affected the outcome, contact support within 48 hours with the game round ID. We will investigate and, where a platform error is confirmed, restore the affected balance.
